Inhale step back into a comfortable position where the back foot is at a 45 degree angle. Exhale root into your feet and roll the inner thighs to center. Inhale feel the torso expand. Exhale lift the pelvic floor to lengthen the entire spine out of the pelvis. Hands together over the head, keep lifting them up to connect to the greater good. Continue to breath and feel your whole body from hands down to feet. Exhale your hands down and step forward.
