25 Aug Sun Salutation
To be done with the breath to warm the body and create heat. If you are using ujjayi
breath this assists in balancing out the doshas or those which tend to be imbalanced in the body:
Inhale hands up over head
Exhale hands down to floor
Inhale step back
Exhale to Downward Facing Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana)
Inhale to Plank
Exhale down to belly(place knees down first, if needed)
Inhale lift shoulder blades toward each other and let head follow (Bhujangasana)
Exhale back to Adho Mukha Svanasana
Inhale step other foot forward
