20 May Standing Neck Strengthener with Vocal cues .
Our throat holds onto many things we wish we would say and often we regret what we have said, strengthening the muscles of the neck helps us to find balance with what we say. This will minimize regrets and release tension. While just standing, take a moment to see how you hold your head….if the chin is up that may mean the front muscles of the neck are weak. If your chin is closer to the chest or more pointed down, it may mean the back of the neck is more weak and the front muscles are too tight.
This exercise helps balance these habits of how we hold the neck, notice it is not too forceful.
