20 May Neck and Spine Tension Release Movement
This one may feel more difficult than it looks but if you shut your eyes and think that you are a blade of grass blowing in the wind, it just come to you. Start by feeling your breath, notice that you slightly expand on the inhale and you slightly go to the center on the exhale – start to dramatize that movement…Expand the movement of the belly up while relaxing the pelvis down then as you exhale let the belly go down and the tailbone slightly slide up. As you get this movement feel the neck follow. REMEMBER THIS IS SOFT AND SUBTLE work, not mechanical like you may want to move. Keep practicing and you will get it! I know it!
