ROCK MUSIC FOR MEDITATION,  and SPIRITUAL MOVEMENT

Participants will be given organic dark chocolate as a means to focus energy and attention as we move to the musical ambience of Meditesh. Instruction will be given at the beginning of the concert, but the rest of the hour is up to you! Move about the room in freestyle dance, meditate, whatever you choose. Join two fellow travelers of the spirit, Paul Wolf and Moto Fukushima, as we raise our harmonious vibrations collectively.
