Is Yoga Only for Women ?

No! It is for everyone. Unfortunately most men in America think they are to inflexible or are gym rats so they don’t try, but if this is you- you should come. In class we work on building flexibility. Some people are stronger than others and some people are more flexible than others. That is why the class has a mixture of exercises, traditional yoga poses and breathing techniques along with many props. No matter what sex you are, there are potential illness many of us suffer from; low back pain, anxiety, chronic headaches, sore/stiff joints that yoga can potentially help with to keep you working and minimize those doctor visits.
